Shipping & Returns

Right now we ship within the United States only — all 50 states plus DC. International shipping is on the roadmap; if you're outside the US and want to be notified when we open it up, join the waitlist on the home page.

Most pieces are made-to-order in 6–8 weeks from the day you reserve. You'll get email updates as your piece moves through production.

The Origin Beanie is a capped first run of 50 — those ship sooner, in the order reservations come in.

Reserving costs nothing today — no card, no hold. We email you a secure checkout link the moment your piece is ready to ship. You pay then, and tracking lands the same day.

Shipping is free on all US orders. We ship via USPS or UPS Ground, and most orders arrive within 3–7 business days of being shipped.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier scans your package. If you don't see it within 48 hours of paying, check your spam folder or write to us.

Before it ships: cancel any reservation any time, no questions asked. Just reply to your confirmation email.

After it ships: unworn, unwashed pieces with tags can be returned for refund or exchanged for size within 14 days of delivery. Buyer covers return shipping unless the piece arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item — then it's on us.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your call.
